Reviews and Ratings
I had both positive and negative experiences during my stay. The rooms were comfortable with wide screen TVs and comfy beds, but the obstructed view of the water was disappointing. The service was lacking as no one attended to our temperature issue, and communication seemed to be a challenge unless you spoke Chinese. On the bright side, the location was perfect for accessing Vancouver via the nearby train station, although some nearby dining options fell short of expectations. Overall, a mixed bag with room for improvement.
I stayed at this hotel on the 4th floor and had a mix of experiences. The rooms were modern and comfortable, plus the blackout feature was great for sleeping. However, I could hear the DJ playing late at night. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being helpful and friendly, while others seemed uninterested. The location was very convenient for getting around Vancouver quickly and affordably, but the dining experience left something to be desired with some food not replenished during my meal. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered a great view of the casino and resort area along with the Fraser River and bridges, which was a nice touch. The complimentary water was a thoughtful addition. However, the dining options were overpriced and left much to be desired. The location was convenient, especially with easy access to transportation links and being close to the airport.
The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms with a variety of amenities, but noise from the air conditioning fan can be disruptive. The casino may not be very engaging. On the positive side, the location is convenient with easy access to transportation options in Vancouver.
The hotel was exactly as when we came years ago, clean, and well-appointed. The rooms had decent amenities, and the pool added to the overall experience. The friendly service was highlighted by taking advantage of one of their promos for a free room, although the checkout process could have been more welcoming. The convenient location in Richmond on the SkyTrain line was perfect for quickly reaching various business destinations. Dining was excellent but a bit costly, especially with children. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor areas to improve.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, making for a cozy experience. However, I found the pricing a bit steep for what was offered.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the water and Vancouver, which was lovely and very clean and comfortable, although the temperature was very cold. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation for exploring the Vancouver metro area. The dining options are great and affordable, but some may find them too expensive for larger groups.
